While our desire is that you love your items and we will do everything we can to make it perfect (including final sign off on before we stitch), please note that FC Threads cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur during the customization process, including issues related to fabric, stitching, or material limitations. Additionally, because embroidery is a permanent process, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements if you are dissatisfied with the design, thread color, or placement once it has been applied.
